How High Can A Person Get? Glen Pankhurst On Abraham-Hicks Exchange
Redmond, United States - October 11, 2026 / Walk The Aligned Path /
REDMOND, Wash. — Oct. 9, 2026 — Glen Pankhurst, founder of the intuitive alignment coaching practice Walk The Aligned Path, has published an account of his personal exchange with Abraham-Hicks during a 2026 workshop in Washington state.
The conversation explored Pankhurst’s experiences with intuitive guidance, his consistent state of joy and enthusiasm across virtually every area of his life, and his ability to recognize subtle shifts in attention. During the exchange, Abraham acknowledged his clarity and, speaking about him, asked, “How high can a person get?” which Pankhurst understood as recognition of the emotional heights he has reached.
Pankhurst has shared the experience through his website and YouTube channel, where he also publishes The Aligned Path podcast and monthly radio programming.
Years of Developing Personal Guidance
Long before attending the workshop, Pankhurst had spent years studying emotional alignment and developing what he describes as a highly specific personal guidance system.
Drawing on principles associated with Abraham-Hicks teachings, he had deliberately asked for unmistakable indicators of whether his attention was directed toward what he wanted or toward the unwanted aspects of a subject.
According to Pankhurst, that guidance initially appeared through experiences including high-frequency ringing in his ears and subtle energetic sensations on opposite sides of his head.
Over time, he began noticing similar sensations extending into his shoulders and arms.
Pankhurst came to associate sensations on his right side with attention directed toward wanted outcomes, while sensations on his left indicated some degree of attention toward the unwanted.
He describes the indicators as becoming increasingly pronounced, eventually reaching an intensity that was difficult to overlook.
Pankhurst emphasizes that these physical sensations are personal experiences, not a universal guidance system that others should expect to develop.
His broader approach focuses on emotional awareness, which he regards as the foundation for recognizing and interpreting personal guidance.
An Unusually Intense Workshop Experience
During the Abraham-Hicks workshop, Pankhurst began experiencing particularly strong sensations on both sides of his body.
According to his account, the intensity increased throughout the event, particularly on his left side.
Despite the strength of the sensations, Pankhurst says he was not experiencing fear or confusion. He already understood what the indicators meant and had received guidance about why they were occurring simultaneously.
The experience became so physically intense that, when he began speaking with Abraham, his voice quivered and he needed to take deliberate, deep breaths to steady himself.
Pankhurst describes the sensation as overwhelming in intensity rather than emotionally distressing.
Before approaching the microphone, he had already received answers through his own guidance about what he was experiencing.
Nevertheless, he decided to discuss the experience with Abraham.
Abraham-Hicks Responds to His Emotional Clarity
During the conversation, Pankhurst explained his physical indicators and their relationship to his focus on wanted and unwanted outcomes.
The discussion also addressed why he could experience sensations associated with both directions of attention simultaneously, even though he lives almost constantly in joy, enthusiasm and excitement.
In the recorded exchange, Pankhurst confirmed that he had received an answer before approaching the microphone and that his understanding agreed with Abraham's explanation.
Abraham subsequently remarked that there was nothing they knew that Pankhurst did not already know.
The conversation also included Abraham's assessment of Pankhurst's emotional alignment.
Abraham described him as having created a particularly clear Vortex, a term used in Abraham-Hicks teachings, and indicated that he was not confused about the subjects under discussion.
The exchange then turned toward identifying the emotional states associated with his physical indicators.
Pankhurst identified enthusiasm as the predominant emotion associated with the stronger, positive-feeling side.
When he suggested that the other sensation might represent worry, Abraham questioned that interpretation, observing that the less positive feeling appeared to have very little momentum.
Abraham suggested boredom as a more accurate description.
Pankhurst immediately recognized that description as better reflecting what he had been experiencing.
For Pankhurst, the significance of the conversation was not that Abraham had provided an entirely unfamiliar answer.
Instead, he regarded it as confirmation of an understanding he had already developed through years of observing and trusting his own guidance.
How High Can a Person Get?
Another significant moment came when Abraham turned the conversation to how far up the emotional scale a person can go.
The conversation moved beyond Pankhurst's physical indicators to consider emotional alignment, contentment, enthusiasm and joy.
Speaking about Pankhurst, Abraham posed the question:
"How high can a person get?"
The discussion explored the distinction between the availability of joy and an individual's capacity to experience and receive it.
Pankhurst says the question was not a general remark. It was asked about him, and he understood it as an acknowledgment of how high up the emotional scale he has been able to climb.
That understanding rests on years of deliberate practice. Pankhurst says he did not recently arrive at enthusiasm. He has experienced appreciation, bliss and euphoria directly and repeatedly. The most intense of those experiences, which he has described on his podcast and radio show, was a surge of energy through the top of his head that lasted for hours and returned on and off for about two weeks.
Over the following years, he says, those higher states stopped feeling extraordinary. Joy, enthusiasm, excitement and appreciation became his everyday baseline, present nearly all the time and across virtually every subject, with passion and bliss arriving frequently though not constantly.
Pankhurst says this is why the question carried weight. “Joy doesn’t have a ceiling,” he said. “What changed wasn’t the height available — that was always available. What changed was my capacity to receive it.”
What once arrived as an overwhelming surge, he says, became something he could hold and sustain.
His workshop exchange became a meaningful reflection of that progression.
From Personal Experience to Helping Others
Pankhurst's interest in emotional guidance extends beyond his own experiences.
During the workshop, he encountered attendees with varying levels of familiarity with Abraham-Hicks teachings.
Some had studied the material for years but continued to describe difficulties identifying or trusting their own intuitive guidance.
Pankhurst saw a difference between knowing the teachings and recognizing guidance as it shows up in everyday moments.
That distinction is central to his work through Walk The Aligned Path.
As an intuitive alignment coach, Pankhurst works with people seeking clarity about recurring life patterns, relationships, career decisions and personal direction.
His individual sessions focus on identifying underlying beliefs, expectations and patterns of attention that may be difficult for clients to recognize independently.
Pankhurst describes his approach as helping people become more aware of their own guidance rather than encouraging dependence on his interpretations.
His workshop experience illustrates the distinction he considers important: learning to recognize and trust internal guidance instead of continually seeking confirmation from outside sources.
Sharing the Journey Through The Aligned Path
Pankhurst also shares his experiences and practical approaches to emotional alignment through The Aligned Path, a podcast and monthly radio program available on YouTube.
The original podcast is a completed 10-episode series examining personal transformation, emotional guidance, the Law of Attraction and the recognition of recurring patterns.
Episodes explore subjects including moving from resistance toward ease, trusting intuition, navigating uncertainty, forgiveness and developing greater awareness of habitual thoughts.
The series includes practical exercises that listeners can incorporate into daily life.
Pankhurst also hosts The Aligned Path on News for the Soul, an hour long monthly radio program broadcast on the fourth Thursday of each month.
The radio show expands on related topics through personal examples, longer discussions and practices intended to help listeners examine their own experiences.
Replays are shared through Pankhurst's YouTube channel.
The channel also features material related to his personal conversation with Abraham-Hicks, providing an opportunity for viewers to hear portions of the exchange.
Together, the programs document Pankhurst's experiences and the principles he applies in his personal life and coaching practice.
The Significance of the Exchange
For Pankhurst, the workshop conversation represented an acknowledgment of progress that had taken years to develop.
His published account emphasizes that he did not approach Abraham seeking an external authority to establish the validity of his own experience.
Instead, he entered the conversation with an established understanding of his guidance and recognized agreement between that understanding and Abraham's responses.
The exchange also reinforced his interest in helping others develop greater familiarity with their own emotional guidance.
Pankhurst's complete account, How High Can a Person Get? My Exchange With Abraham-Hicks in Seattle, includes further background on the workshop, his personal indicators and the significance of the conversation.
